1. In these terms and conditions and all advertising material relating to the "Summer Of Savings" promotion (Promotion), Fairland means Fairland Group Pty Ltd unless the context indicates a contrary intention.
2. Settlement rebate will apply to final contract value. 
3. To be eligible for the Summer of Savings rebate, the land contract must be signed by 16/02/24 and settlement must take place by 15/03/24.
4. Settlement rebate is applicable to selected allotments only (Selected allotments 359, 429, 358, 365, 366, 367, 412). $15,000 savings refers to Lot 359.
5. Fairland reserves the right to cancel, extend or make changes to the promotion at any time.
6. The "Summer of Savings" promotion is only applicable to contracts signed after 8/11/23.
7. Promotion is limited to one customer per project.
8. Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
